The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the H&BWRP
Website and to all orders placed. An agreement to sell you the product is based on these terms when we accept your order through our website or
in person, by email or by phone.

Product information
Due to the use of recycled materials variations between the colour, pattern and texture of the products and the image show on this website are to be expected. All product descriptions, illustrations are intended as guidance only and the actual products themselves will vary accordingly.
Every effort will be made to keep the prices on the website up to date but the right is reserved to alter the prices at any time.

Measurements
The measurements given are approximate.

Orders
Orders are normally accepted if the materials to make the product are available, if the order reflects the current pricing and if your credit or debit card is authorised for the transaction.
Purchases made on the site are for personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.

Delivery in the UK.
The delivery charge will be added to your payment at the point of purchase.
If the item is in stock it will be despatched within 14 days. If it has to be made then every effort will be made to despatch it within 28 days. You will be contacted if there is to be any further delay and given the option to cancel the order.

Overseas orders
Please be aware that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to duties and taxes levied once the shipment reaches your country. We cannot predict what these may be and you will be liable for all customs clearance charges. You are not entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.

Payment
All prices on the website are in pounds sterling and all products will remain our property until we have received payment in full for those products.

Please make cheques payable to HASTINGS & BEXHILL WOOD RECYCLING PROJECT and expect to allow 5 working days from receipt to despatch to allow for banking and clearance.

We cannot accept card payments by phone and all card payments on the website are to be made through Paypal.

If we cannot supply the goods you have ordered we will inform you by email and your payment will be fully refunded through Paypal.

Refund/Replacement
The website explains clearly that a variety of different types of recycled wood will be used in the making of the products. If the item is faulty, damaged in any way other than wear and tear that is to be expected with genuine recycled wood then you should contact us to arrange for a replacement or a refund which will be sent to you on the receipt of the returned item.

Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge and agree that we own all present and future copyright, registered and unregistered trademarks, design rights, unregistered designs, database rights and all other present and future intellectual property rights and rights in the nature of intellectual property rights existing or in relation to the products and website.

You are permitted to use the content only as expressly authorised by someone acting on behalf of H&BWRP.

You agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to copy, publish, reproduce, transmit or distribute any of the above listed content. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Liability
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by H&BWRP’s
negligence, H&BWRP shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage (such term to include without limitation economic loss, administrative and overhead costs, loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) business contracts, revenues, goodwill, production and anticipated savings of every description, loss).

H&BWRP will not be liable to you by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of H&BWRP‘s obligations in relation to the product in the delay and failure was due to any cause beyond our control.

H&BWRP’s liability to you in all other instances shall not exceed the value of the product ordered by you.
